Hourly rate: $60 • 3 visits = $180 in value before utilizing coaching or discounts.

• Memberships are auto billed on a monthly basis until cancelled

• Membership privileges will not be permitted until all fees are paid in full
• Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment
