GOLF SPOT – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY This is a binding legal agreement. By booking, you agree on behalf of yourself and all guests, invitees, and minors in your party ("Releasors") to the following: You represent you are the responsible adult for your party (max 8 participants per reservation) and are authorized to accept this agreement for everyone in it, including minors, and to communicate these terms and our rules to them. You certify you have no condition that would impair safe participation, are not impaired by drugs/alcohol, and will use your own judgment about your fitness to participate. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions — proper footwear, no food/drinks near equipment, no misuse or tampering with simulators or other equipment — and to reimburse Golf Spot for reasonable costs to repair/replace equipment damaged by you or your party. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Golf Spot/Trinity Pickleball LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims — including negligence claims — arising from your access to the premises, use of equipment, or participation in activities, and you assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage. You agree to indemnify Golf Spot against claims arising from your or your party's participation. You consent to being photographed/recorded for promotional use. Disputes are resolved by binding, individual arbitration under Texas law (no class actions). This is a summary.
