We have been heads-down building, and a lot has shipped. Here is a look at everything new — features to help you grow, streamline operations, and keep customers coming back.
Grow Your Business
Email Marketing Templates
We have added a library of premade email marketing templates designed specifically for indoor golf businesses. Promote upcoming events, announce new leagues, share seasonal specials, or re-engage lapsed customers — all without starting from a blank page. Just pick a template, customize it, and send. We are continuing to add more templates each week.
Public Membership & League Pages
Your membership plans and league information now have dedicated public URLs you can share anywhere — social media, email campaigns, your website. Customers can browse plans, view league details, and sign up without needing an account first.
Custom Website Integration
Link your VTee navbar logo directly back to your "main" website. This creates a seamless experience for customers moving between your custom site and the VTee platform, keeping your brand front and center.
Custom Welcome Email
Customize the welcome email that new customers receive when they are onboarded to your platform. Set the tone from the very first interaction and include any information specific to your facility.
Pricing & Memberships
Resident Rates
Offer special pricing for local residents. Whether you are in a resort area or a community-focused facility, resident rates let you reward the locals who keep your bays busy.
Guest Pricing for Non-Members
Set distinct pricing tiers for guests versus members. This gives you clear incentive structures that drive membership sign-ups while still welcoming walk-in and guest traffic.
Membership Promo Codes
Create promo codes that apply a discount to the first billing cycle of a membership. It is a simple way to run sign-up promotions, reward referrals, or give new members an incentive to commit — without affecting your ongoing membership pricing.
Non-Recurring Memberships
You can now create memberships that do not auto-renew. When the membership period ends, customers must manually resubscribe — giving you full control over renewal cycles. This is ideal for seasonal or fixed-term plans, like an annual membership that requires an intentional opt-in each year.
Rename Memberships
You can now rename your membership plans at any time. Rebrand a tier, clarify your naming, or update plan names as your offerings evolve — all without creating a new plan from scratch.
Booking & Operations
Multi-Bay Booking
Customers can now book multiple bays in a single transaction — perfect for corporate outings, birthday parties, or groups of friends. Admins can enable this from the settings panel.
Group Booking Page
There is now a dedicated group booking URL for your facility. Customers can submit group inquiries directly through the page, and you can add it to your custom website using the website builder or link to it from your info page. Inquiries are sent to a contact email you choose — or your owner email by default.
Settings Search Bar
Finding the right setting across your admin panel is now instant. A search bar on the settings page lets you jump directly to any configuration option without scrolling through categories.
Square Integration
Multi-Location Support
Manage multiple Square locations from a single VTee profile. If you operate across several locations, your products, payments, and inventory stay synced without needing separate accounts for each.
Square Loyalty Integration
VTee now integrates directly with Square Loyalty. If you already run a loyalty program through Square, it works natively inside VTee — customers earn and redeem points without any extra setup on your end.
UK Payment Support
VTee now supports payment processing for facilities in the United Kingdom. If you are operating in the UK, you can accept payments through Square just like our US-based customers.
Checkout Improvements
We have simplified the interactions between VTee and Square during checkout. The process is now smoother, faster, and more reliable — fewer steps for your customers and fewer edge cases for your staff to manage.
Remote Access
Kiosk Application
The kiosk app is complete and ready for remote or unmanned facilities. It provides sim lock capabilities so you can control bay access without staff on site. If you are running a 24/7 operation or an unstaffed location, this is built for you.
Leagues & Events
Pick'em League Side Game
Connect your golf leagues to real PGA Tour events with our new Pick'em side game. During a league round tied to a PGA event (like the Masters), each team picks 2 professional golfers. Those pros' net scores get applied to the team's league score — adding a whole new layer of engagement and friendly competition to league nights.
Default Handicap Settings
New league handicap options let you default players without a handicap to the field average. This keeps scoring fair and makes it easier for new or casual players to jump into league play without extra admin work on your end.
NCAA Bracket Updates
Our NCAA bracket integration drove real results this March — increased foot traffic, longer visits, and higher food and beverage revenue at facilities that ran bracket pools. We have also added new features: players can now view other brackets in the league, see potential points remaining, and check the final pick of each player's bracket. If you missed it this year, we will have it ready to go again next season.
Platform & Infrastructure
Under-the-Hood Improvements
We have been investing in the foundation that keeps VTee running smoothly. This round of updates includes performance tuning for faster load times, security hardening across the platform, and database redundancy improvements for greater reliability. You may not see these changes, but you will feel them.
IGA Partnership & Trade Show
We are excited to announce a new partnership with the International Indoor Golf Association. As the indoor golf industry continues to grow, we are committed to being at the center of it.
