You now have more control over membership cancellation policies. Set custom cutoff periods that determine how far in advance a member must cancel before their next billing cycle — giving you better predictability and reducing last-minute churn.

Customer Passwords

Customers can now set a password on their account. While our one-time-code login remains the default, some customers prefer the familiarity of a traditional password. Now they have the option.

Reservation Reminders

Configure automated reminders that go out before a customer's booking. Choose how far in advance to send them — 24 hours, 2 hours, or whatever works for your facility. Reduce no-shows and keep your bays full.

Custom Data Fields

Track whatever matters most to your business. Add custom data fields to customer profiles — golf handicap, preferred simulator software, shirt size, birthday, or anything else. The data is searchable and filterable from your admin panel, making it easy to segment customers and personalize their experience.
