Cancellation Policy

private golf bay bookings 1 hours prior to time slot for full refund. Small room party booking bays for 20 or less people 15 days before booking slot full refund. For all simulator bay and venue booking 30 day prior to cancellation for refund. If booking cancellation time met receive full refund.

Membership Policy

All membership packages can be purchased online prior to booking. To cancel membership you will need to give 30 days notice. All membership packages hold their own value and discount package rate in the conclusion of item. Shared memberships are described in each package. A discount for purchasing longer memberships will be paid if full and no amount will be refunded or canceled until next billing cycle.

Reservation Policy

All large-area booking simulators are intended for the exclusive use of no more than eight individuals per bay and may not accommodate more than one bay simultaneously. (Except as otherwise specified in a membership plan.) No additional tables or space will be allocated to prepare the area for a party or gathering-type event without fully booking through the venue office and paying for rental space in addition to the simulator booking. All small event rooms utilized for party events must be fully booked through the venue office and fully overseen by staff, with any associated costs. Members of small den booking plans must book 15 days in advance or contact the office for approval. If the number of individuals in a bay exceeds the number booked on a reservation of any type, the person booking the bay may be charged for additional players. (All rooms are continuously recorded with a camera that performs digital head counts and reports to the owner.) All reservations must be made with the member who makes the reservation present throughout the entire booking process. If booking and not a part of any membership regular fees apply to the times booked. When booking a bay, the person on the form will be held responsible for keeping the room clean and maintaining order. The client who makes the booking accepts responsibility for all items broken or damaged due to negligence.
