A major VTee release: custom email domains, an AI website chatbot, a new Leagues Dashboard, and a redesigned website builder — plus dozens of smaller fixes.

If you run a golf simulator business, the tools behind your booking page, your leagues, and your customer emails are quietly doing a lot of work — and this release touches all three. This is one of the bigger updates we have shipped: custom email domains, an AI chatbot for your website, a full leagues overhaul anchored by a new Leagues Dashboard, and a website builder that finally lets you preview a block before you commit to it. Underneath those four headliners is a long list of smaller improvements across leagues, memberships, booking, point of sale, and day-to-day admin. Here is everything that shipped, and why it matters for how you run your facility.

The Four Headliners

Send Every Email From Your Own Domain

Your customer emails no longer have to come from VTee Golf. You can now connect your own custom domain so booking confirmations, receipts, and league updates arrive from an address like info@yourbusiness.com. Every message your customers receive looks like it came from you, because it did. Request this in your admin panel under the email section, in domains.

Your AI Agent Now Answers On Your Website Too

The phone agent you already rely on now comes with a matching chatbot for your homepage. It handles the same work as the phone line — booking bays, fielding group requests, and answering facility questions — without a customer ever having to pick up the phone. It is a staff member that is always on shift, catching the requests that used to slip through after hours while taking pressure off your front desk. Request this in the AI Agent tab of your admin panel.

Introducing the Leagues Dashboard

This is the centerpiece of a full leagues overhaul. The new Leagues Dashboard gives you one place to see every league running at your venue — standings, weekly results, payments, and settings — without digging through separate pages. It is the single view we think league directors have been waiting for, and it is the foundation everything else in this update is built on.

Design With Confidence: Website Builder Gets a Major Upgrade

The website builder now includes a designer mode so you can preview, test, and rework your layout before anything goes live. When you add a block, you will see a live preview directly in the editor instead of guessing how it will render. We have also added documentation with design examples for every block, available right in your admin panel, so you always know what a block looks like before you drop it onto the page.

Key Takeaway

Leagues are one of the most reliable sources of recurring revenue for a simulator business, but they generate a lot of admin overhead — standings, payments, verification, scheduling. A centralized dashboard is not a nice-to-have, it is the difference between running a handful of leagues comfortably and running a full program without adding headcount.

What's New in Leagues, Beyond the Dashboard

The dashboard is the visible piece, but most of this release is about tightening the mechanics of how leagues actually run week to week. If you are still deciding what formats to offer, our guide to league ideas for member-only facilities is a good place to start before diving into the settings below.

  • Book leagues directly from the leagues tab. Customers can now book league products without hunting through your general booking flow, shortening the path from interest to signup.
  • Drop weeks. Configure leagues to drop a player's lowest scoring weeks, such as the worst two of a season, which keeps standings fairer over a long schedule.
  • Staff verification of score cards. Staff can now review and verify score cards before results post to standings, adding oversight so results stay trusted by your players.
  • League settings refresh. Settings have been reorganized, with new pre-season options for establishing handicaps and the ability to freeze handicaps starting at a specific week.
  • New showcase league layout. Leagues now display by default in a more prominent showcase format instead of the old card layout, making your leagues page easier to browse for prospective players.
  • Weekly slot reservations for teams. Teams can reserve a slot and sign up for their own weekly session rather than every week's time being locked in advance.
  • Better analytics and payment tracking. A clearer picture of league performance and who has paid, all in one place.

Memberships Get Sharper Tools

Memberships and leagues tend to reinforce each other — members who play in leagues stick around longer, and league players are natural membership candidates. This release adds several tools aimed at making membership value clearer and enrollment easier to manage.

  • New non-membership card. Advertise your base, non-member pricing right alongside your membership tiers, so the value of joining is obvious side by side.
  • New wide-page membership layout. Memberships now display in a wide-page format by default, editable in your website builder under the memberships tab.
  • Referral perks. Customers can earn perks for referring new members or customers, turning your existing base into a referral channel without ad spend.
  • Improved membership AI wizard. Building out new membership tiers from scratch is now faster.
  • Start/end windows for benefits. Set when specific benefits activate and when a membership itself starts, useful for onboarding schedules and promotional rollouts.
  • ACH autopay and Square membership view. Customers can pay memberships via ACH, and staff can view a membership directly in Square for easier cross-referencing.

Booking, Point of Sale, and Admin

The rest of this release is a set of practical fixes and small features that add up over a busy week. None of them are headline-grabbing on their own, but together they remove friction from the parts of the day that repeat over and over.

Booking & Scheduling

  • Manage bays in bulk — disable multiple bays at once for maintenance days or shutting down a section quickly.
  • Player counts now show on multi time-slot bays, such as 0/4, so availability is visible at a glance.
  • Guests can add and pay for add-ons directly from their reservations tab, capturing incremental revenue without staff involvement.
  • Speed improvements across the admin panel and booking page.
  • Fixed an issue where all-locations reservations were incorrectly pulling bays from every location.

Point of Sale

  • Set a product to apply at all of your locations at once, useful for multi-location operators.
  • Cleaner Square catalog after pruning unreachable peak and off-peak pricing variations.
  • Fixed a bug where Square syncing was falling out of step for event products.

Admin & Operations

  • Attach a picture to an event to give listings a visual that stands out.
  • Schedule when bar logos appear and replace logos directly from the bars page, without needing support.

Why This Release Matters

Individually, most of these features are small. Together, they follow a pattern worth noticing: less manual work at the front desk, more self-service for customers, and clearer visibility into the parts of your business — leagues and memberships — that drive recurring revenue. A custom email domain and an on-site AI chatbot both push toward the same goal, which is that your business looks and feels fully staffed even when the front desk is quiet.

If you are still building out your operating playbook, our Learn library covers staffing models, pricing, and retention in more depth. This release is meant to make those playbooks easier to execute, not to replace the thinking behind them.
