VTee's September 2026 update cuts AI phone agent pricing, adds SGT integration, new kiosk tools, membership options, and more.

If you run a golf simulator business and have been weighing whether an AI phone agent is worth adding to your front desk, VTee's September 2026 update makes the decision easier: the full AI phone and chat agent is now $29 per month, and it can handle bookings and payments without a staff member touching the phone. That's just one of a long list of releases this month, covering simulator golf tour integration, kiosk hardware, memberships, promotions, bookings, point of sale, leagues, your website, analytics, and developer tools.

AI Phone + Chat Agent Is Now $29/Month

The full VTee AI agent — the one that answers calls and chats with customers on your website — now costs $29 per month. Beyond the price drop, the phone agent can text callers a booking link and only confirm the booking once payment is made. That means unstaffed facilities can take phone bookings around the clock with no risk of unpaid holds tying up a bay.

Conversations with the agent also sound more natural, and it now tracks caller ID, so you always know exactly who called your business.

Key Takeaway

At $29 a month, with payment-confirmed bookings and caller ID built in, the AI phone agent is now a practical way for lean or unstaffed golf simulator venues to capture phone bookings they would otherwise miss.

SGT Is Now Built Into VTee

Simulator Golf Tour (SGT) is now integrated directly into the platform for GSPro facilities. If your venue runs SGT, you can manage it alongside your bookings, leagues, and memberships in one system instead of juggling a separate tool.

Action Needed: Add Every Owner's Email

You can now add multiple owner emails to your account so every co-owner receives direct platform communication, including billing notices, account changes, and important updates. Take a minute to check that your list is complete and current so no one on your ownership team gets left out of critical communications.

Kiosk & SimLock Updates

Live Assistance Button

Every bay screen now has a Live Assistance button. When a guest taps it, the bay turns red in Remote Hub → SimLock until staff clear it, giving you an immediate signal that a customer needs help. Soon you'll be able to add your video link in Kiosk Branding so the button opens a full-screen call with camera and mic right on the bay.

Two Devices, One Bay

You can now add a check-in tablet alongside the simulator PC, and the two will share the session. Unlocking on the tablet also unlocks and launches the PC with it.

New Tech Support Staff Role

A new Tech Support staff role lets someone run your bays from Remote Hub — unlocking, adding time, ending a session, relaunching, clearing a help request, and issuing one-time door codes — without giving them access to settings, payments, device setup, or codes. It's built for a remote support desk or an unstaffed venue that needs a safety net without full admin access.

QR Code for Walk-In Bookings

SimLock now shows a QR code on screen so walk-in customers can book the bay straight from their phone, no front desk interaction required.

Automatic Projector Scheduling

Projectors now turn off during idle gaps between bookings and turn back on 15 minutes before the next booking starts. That means less wear on your bulbs, lower power bills, and nothing for staff to remember. Set this up in your SimLock tab.

Memberships

  • Pre-sell mode can now charge the first month in advance, so you collect revenue before you even open. Turn it on in your Membership Wizard.
  • You can choose which auto-generated fields appear on your memberships, selected in the Membership Wizard.
  • Membership promo codes can now optionally discount all recurring months, not just the first.
  • Membership passes can now be edited after they are created, and league discount passes have a new flat-rate option.

Promotions & Loyalty

The Promos tab now brings promo codes, referrals, and loyalty programs — including punch cards and rewards — together in one place.

  • First-time customer promos automatically apply a discount to first-time bookers, for example $5 off their first visit, with no code for the customer to remember.
  • Referral rewards let you reward your ambassadors as their referrals buy memberships — for example, 4 referral purchases could earn 50% off their subscription, and 7 could earn 100%.
  • One-time booking offers can be created as booking products and made available to non-members even when your facility is set to members-only.
  • You can now gift booking packages to customers, including lesson packages.

Booking & Scheduling

Multi-location businesses can select All Locations from the calendar view dropdown to see every bay across every site in one place. The Calendar Activity tab now also shows abandoned bookings — customers who reached the payment screen but left before paying — so you can follow up and try to win those bookings back.

Point of Sale

Connected POS terminals can now sell membership subscriptions and redeem gift cards with a tap or swipe, keeping more of your transactions in one workflow.

Leagues

The League dashboard has had a major round of updates to make running your leagues faster and clearer. Businesses with multiple locations can now also host leagues where their facilities compete against each other.

Website & Marketing

  • Preview mode in the website builder has been upgraded — change logos, colors, and web blocks in draft mode without customers seeing anything until you're ready to publish.
  • You can upload your own font in the Website Builder tab to match your brand.
  • Embed a Google Map in your website footer so customers can find you in one click.
  • Update your marketing templates in a single click.
  • Track where you rank in local search under Admin → SEO → Local Rank.
  • SEO AI can fix SEO issues and generate content for your site in one click.

Analytics & Insights

Analytics now includes a click heat map for your emails, so you can see where readers actually click. Your Emails tab now lists every email sent from the platform — not just marketing — with open and click rates for each. You can also see the full list of Google Analytics events VTee tracks at vteegolf.com/developers#analytics.

Developers & Integrations

A new Live Bay Status API returns every bay with its kiosk online state, current session, current and next booking, and any open help request in a single call — built for ops dashboards and hotel front-desk screens. Outbound Webhooks also let you get notified the moment a booking is created, changed, or cancelled, or a bay session starts, ends, or is extended. Payloads are signed, retries are automatic, and the delivery log lives in Platform Admin.

Now Available in Spain

VTee now supports businesses in Spain, with EUR pricing, Spanish provinces, 5-digit postal codes, +34 phone numbers, and time zones for both the Canary Islands and mainland Spain. The platform is also now fully available in Spanish.

Support

The Veronica pop-up now has tabs for submitting support tickets and feature requests directly on your site. Click the Veronica pop-up to find them.

New Training Videos

Three new training videos are available at vteegolf.com/content: a league tutorial covering setup and running a league from start to finish, a marketing email tutorial on building and sending emails that bring customers back, and a tutorial on the Calendar Employee tab for managing staff from the calendar.
