Onboarding Guide
Everything you need to set up your business on VTee — from enrollment to launch.
Work through each section at your own pace. Every setting can be changed later from your admin dashboard.
Enrollment Wizard
The enrollment wizard walks you through setting up your business in 11 steps. Steps marked "Full Platform only" are skipped if you choose Leagues Only mode.
Your first name as the business owner.
Your last name as the business owner.
This becomes your admin login. You'll receive a verification code to access your dashboard.
All fields can be updated later in Settings.
Full Platform
Complete booking system with league management. Includes online booking & reservations, bay management & floor plan, point of sale & tabs, league management, memberships & packages, and priority feature requests.
Pricing: Free 2-month trial, then pay-per-booking ($0.75/ea for 1-99, $0.50/ea for 100-499, $0.25/ea for 500+).
Leagues Only
Team registration & management, score tracking & handicaps, standings & leaderboards, and playoff brackets.
You can upgrade to Full Platform anytime from Settings.

The name of your business, displayed on your booking page and communications.
A short description displayed on your booking page header.
Your public booking link — e.g. vteegolf.com/your-business. Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Real-time availability check.
Matches your location for accurate scheduling. Supports US, Canada, and UK time zones.
All fields can be changed later in Settings.
United States, Canada, or United Kingdom. Automatically sets your currency (USD/CAD/GBP).
Your business address. Includes autocomplete — selecting a suggestion auto-fills city, state, and postal code.
Suite, unit, or apartment number.
City, state/province, and postal code. Auto-filled from address autocomplete or entered manually.
Your cancellation terms and any associated fees. Shown as a digital waiver and on description pages.
Minutes before a reservation starts that cancellations are no longer allowed. Set to 0 or leave empty to allow cancellations at any time.
Describe membership benefits, terms, and conditions.
Detail your booking rules, restrictions, and requirements.
Your address appears on your booking page. Policies can be changed later in Settings.
Upload your logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, max 4MB). Displayed on your booking page and customer communications.
Add your bookable stations. Each bay appears as a column on your reservation calendar. At least one bay is required.
Each bay has a type: Golf Simulator, Bowling, Cryotherapy, Sauna, Office Room, Wellness, or Other. Bay types help organize pricing and membership rules.
Drag-and-drop layout designer to visually arrange your bays. Displayed to customers during booking.
Bays and floor plan can be modified later in Settings.
Set open/close times for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday). Toggle any day to 'Closed' if you're not open.
Per-day toggle to enable peak hour pricing during a specific time window (e.g. 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Booking products can add a surcharge during peak hours.
Set primary, secondary, and accent colors using a color picker. These colors are applied to your booking page and customer-facing site.
Custom message included in booking confirmation emails. E.g. 'Please arrive 10 minutes early.'
All settings can be changed later in Settings.
This step is only shown in Full Platform mode. Leagues Only skips it.
The shortest booking a customer can make, in minutes.
The longest booking a customer can make, in minutes. Must be greater than minimum.
How your calendar is divided (e.g. 15 minutes). Recommended: 15 minutes to match the per-15-minute pricing structure.
Enable V-Tee Rewards with a configurable accrual rate (default 10%). Customers earn points on purchases to redeem for discounts.
How many days in advance customers can book (default: 10). Membership plans can override this.
Allow customers to book multiple bays at once in a single reservation.
Allow customers to extend their reservation while it's active.
Send a reminder before the reservation ends so customers can extend.
Require bookings to be made a certain number of hours or days in advance. Options: none, hours in advance, or days in advance.
When enabled, customers must acknowledge your business policies before completing their booking.
Allow customers to add notes when booking. Admins always see notes.
Prompt customers for guest count during booking. Leave empty to disable.
Restrict booking to members only. Non-members will not be able to make reservations.
Allow customers to cancel their own membership subscriptions (enabled by default).
All settings can be changed later in Settings. After enrollment, you can create booking products from the Products tab.
This step is only shown in Full Platform mode. Leagues Only skips it.
Set up the booking options customers can choose when reserving a bay. Add as many as you like, or skip this step — a standard booking product will be created for you.
See the Booking Products tab for a full breakdown of every product setting. Products can be created and edited anytime from the Products tab in your admin dashboard.
This step is only shown in Full Platform mode. Leagues Only skips it.
Add membership plans now or skip — you can always create or edit plans later from the Memberships tab. Plans are created via a 6-step sub-wizard (Plan Info, Billing, Benefits, Booking, Enrollment, Review).

Your owner email from Step 1. This is read-only and automatically assigned.
Enter the email address for each staff member you want to add.
Choose Administrator (full dashboard access) or Employee (can manage bookings and POS).
Staff can be added or removed later from Settings → Staff.
Scroll through and read the full terms of service document.
Check 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' to proceed. You must scroll through the entire document before the checkbox becomes available.
After accepting the terms and clicking Submit, your business is created, a confirmation email is sent, and you're automatically logged into your admin dashboard.
